Thane: Corona infection is on the rise in Maharashtra and some good news has been coming in for a few days. There are many districts where corona has been controlled and cases are being reduced. Now, as per the recent information received, 1,966 new cases of coronavirus infection have been reported in the Thane district of Maharashtra. Now the total number of infected people here has come down to 4,86,737.
Regarding the case, an official said last Sunday, "In addition to these new cases on Saturday, 68 more patients died due to the epidemic.'' At the same time, the number of people who lost their lives due to infection in the district has gone up to 8,003. According to an official, the Covid-19 mortality rate in Thane is 1.64 percent. But so far the district administration has not informed about the patients recovering and undergoing treatment. Another official said the covid-19 cases in neighbouring Palghar district have gone up to 95,682 and 1,715 people have died.
In Maharashtra, on the one hand, the corona crisis seems to be receding. This is good news amidst the increasing number of data day by day and even PM Narendra Modi has praised the Maharashtra government for this.
