Recently, a new case of crime has also come out of the Muzaffarnagar district. In this case, ADJ-13 court has sentenced 2 murderers to life imprisonment and a fine of 80-80 thousand rupees in the murder of teenager after kidnapping, 7 years ago in village Wajidpur in Jansath Kotwali area. One of the accused in this case was in jail since the incident and son Chetan alias Aditya (15), resident of village Wajidpur in Janasath Kotwali area, came out to bring vegetables from home on 17 February 2013 but did not go home after that.

After searching for a long time, a teenager's clue was not found and on this, the family filed a complaint about the missing person in the police station. On February 20, the body of the missing teenager was found lying in a forest outside the village and his bicycle was also found standing nearby. In this case, a teenager was strangled to death and the victim's family had filed a report against the village's Arjun son Bhamashah and Amit alias Bablu's son resident of Bhopal for the kidnapping and murder of the teenager, whom the police arrested and sent to jail. After that Amit aka Bablu came out on bail, while Arjun has been in jail since the incident.

In this case, ADGC Omprakash Upadhyay said, "The trial was held in ADJ-13 court before Judge Ombir Singh, in which the prosecution presented strong evidence and witnesses. On the basis of strong evidence, the judge convicted the 2 murderers for the murder of the teenager. On Tuesday, the court sentenced the 2 murderers to life imprisonment as well as a fine of 80-80 thousand rupees."
