At present, information has been received that two terrorists have been killed in this encounter. Police and army teams are engaged in this operation. The security forces have sealed the entire area.

According to media reports, the security forces had received inputs about the hiding of some terrorists in Machil area of ​​Kupwara. After which the police and army teams together started the operation, in which the terrorists got trapped. Kashmir Zone Police has confirmed that so far two terrorists have been killed in this encounter. Even now the operation of the security forces is going on.
