Hazaribagh: Jharkhand police and CRPF have foiled a big conspiracy of Naxals. A 20 kg IED (Improvised Explosive Device) has been seized and destroyed from the forest area of Hazaribagh district. Significantly, the security forces received inputs in this regard on Monday. Based on this, the state police and the 22nd battalion of CRPF launched a cordon and search operation in the Jobha Khutwar forest area.

Which was defused by the Bomb Detection and Disposal Squad following the protocol. Recently, a villager in the Chaibasa area of West Singhbhum district had fallen prey to a nefarious conspiracy by Naxals. He was seriously injured in a land mine blast in Rengadahatu village under the Tonto police station area.

On receiving the same news, the police reached and rushed him to the hospital in a hurry. Where he died during the treatment. On the news of the incident, police force and CRPF personnel reached the spot and took the injured to Chaibasa Sadar Hospital for treatment. He was declared dead by the doctors after treatment. It is worth mentioning that a large-scale operation against Naxalites is being carried out by the team of police and other security forces in Tonto and surrounding areas.
