Jacqueline Fernandez landed in huge trouble after her name in the 200 extortion case came. The actress was accused of taking gifts from Sukesh Chandrashekhar and she was aware of Sukesh Chandrashekar's illegal activities. The actress will appear in Delhi court today. The Bail hearing will be done in Money Laundering Case.

According to the reports,  Jacqueline Fernandez will be appearing before a Delhi court for the hearing of her bail plea. The actor was granted an interim bail last month following the court's order for the Enforcement Directorate (ED) to file a reply to the star's bail application.

Jacqueline Fernandez 's lawyer Prashant Patil in a recent interview revealed, "We shall be appearing before the Honourable Special Court at Delhi. The matter is listed for final arguments on the bail application of Jacqueline."

Earlier Special Commissioner of Police (EOW) Ravindra Yadav said that Sukesh would try to influence the Bollywood actresses as he was having a huge wealth of properties which he acquired through extortion.  The name of Nora Fatehi, Nikki Tamboli, and Chahat Khanna is coming till now in the case. As per the information, Nora Fatehi was offered a BMW car and a participation fee in the event. Fatehi, during questioning, said she refused to take that gift, however, she told that they should give it to her brother-in-law Mehboob alias Bobby.

ED in its official statement also  said, “Just because she is (a) recipient of certain gifts which were forced on her for forming a connect, can’t be used to ignore the fact which the record otherwise clearly shows that she was conned by Sukesh Chandrasekhar. The approach of ED, unfortunately, seems to be highly mechanical and motivated, hence, blinded towards the fact that respondent (Jacqueline) has lost more than what can be measured in money.”

Right wing outfit Hindu Jagaran Vedike has lodged a police complaint against Kannada actor Chetan Ahimsa for allegedly ‘hurting’ religious sentiments in the Udupi district of Karnataka, police said on Friday. As of now, no first information report (FIR) has been registered in the case, said the police.
