Ahmedabad: There has been a surprising revelation about Pakistan-based Islamic organisation Daawat-e-Islami (DEI). According to the report, there are more than 2000 donation boxes in Ahmedabad to donate to this Islamic organization of Pakistan. The message, a local newspaper in Gujarat, has also given information in this regard. Let me tell you that this is the same organization, which is known for promoting terrorist activities. According to the report, the money deposited in donation boxes is sent to Pakistan, then from there it is sent back to India through Dubai under the guise of imparting Islamic education to Muslims, but it is used to brainwash Muslims.

It is being told that Maulana Usmani runs the centre of Daawat-e-Islami. Let us know that maulana Usmani's name has come up as an accused in the Kishan Bharwad murder case. It is also being told that the accused Maulana Usmani is working towards the goal of Ghazwa-e-Hind, which aims to establish Islamic rule in India. Let us know that Dawat-e-Islami exists outside the city of Karachi in Pakistan, but its branches are all over the world. It was founded in 1981 by  Maulana Abu Bilal Muhammad Ilyas Attari. It was started as a revivalist organization inspired by Sufi principles. With this, it has since evolved into an extremist Islamic organization. Which is openly related to terrorists.

Recently in 2020, a terrorist involved in the Charlie Hebdo attack in Paris has called DEI founder Elias Attari his guide. A Pakistani terrorist named Mohammad Ashraf was also found to be associated with the outfit. He was arrested in Delhi in October 2021. The ATS team had visited Jamalpur along with Maulvi Ayub, another accused in the Kishan Bharwad case, who had allegedly provided the gun to the killers. The ATS team also conducted checking at his house near Hotel Riyaz in Jamalpur. They have seized the book 'Jazbaa-e-Shahadat' written in Maulvi Ayyub's Hindi and Gujarati. An airgun has also been found from his possession, from which he used to practice shooting.

At the same time, the accused Shabbir alias Saba Chopra, Imtiyaz Pathan, Maulana Ayyub Jawrawala, Azim Sama and Qamar Ghani Usmani and others have been charged under UAPA (Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act) and GUJCTOC (Gujarat Control of Terrorism and Unorganized Crime).
