New Delhi: The third wave of the corona epidemic has knocked in India. Corona cases have started increasing rapidly once again in the whole country. The Omicron variant of Corona is believed to be the main reason for the third wave of pandemic in the country. Due to which not only Omicron but also the number of new cases of corona are increasing rapidly in the country.

In the last 24 hours, 13,154 new cases of corona have been registered from all over the country. Apart from this, the total number of Omicron cases in India has gone up to 961. Delhi has the highest number of Omicron cases, followed by Maharashtra at the second position. 263 cases of Omicron have been registered in Delhi, while 252 cases have been received in Maharashtra so far. In view of the third wave of Corona and the threat of the Omicron variant, the Delhi government has issued a yellow alert in the entire city. After issuing the Yellow Alert, many restrictions have also been imposed in Delhi by issuing new guidelines. Under the new guidelines, night curfew will remain in force in Delhi from 10 pm to 5 am.

In Delhi, if a person is found without a mask in a public place, he will also have to pay a heavy fine of Rs 2000. Talking to the district office of South West Delhi, Jitendra told the media that a fine of Rs 2000 is being deducted for being caught without a mask.
