Hockey World Cup 2018 Opening Ceremony: Shah Rukh Khan asserts iconic 70 minute dialogue from Chak De India

Shah Rukh Khan in Bhubaneswar in Odisha where Hockey World Cup 2018's Opening Ceremony was held graced the event yesterday. The megastar was overjoyed to be a part of the prominent event and looked well-groomed in a baby blue shirt and dark blue trousers. He teamed up his attire with a black two-piece suit and an aqua blue tie. During the ceremony, SRK recalled the time when he used to play hockey in his younger days. He stated, "I did play a little bit of hockey in school and college. I used to play as a centre-forward, and right opposite me was obviously a goalkeeper"

 Here is a video, where Shah Rukh is seen mouthing his one of the well-known dialogues from his 2007 smash hit, Chak De! India. In the movie, SRK played the role of Kabir Khan, who is a coach to Indian Women's hockey team. SRK, at the ceremony, stated the iconic 'Sattar Minute' dialogue and it was really a proud moment for one and all.

Post  the event, SRK took to his micro blogging Twitter page and posted a picture of himself from the ceremony holding a hockey stick. His tweet read, "Thank u Odisha for all the excitement, love & the grand beginning to the World Cup Hockey. @naveen_odisha it was lovely to meet u sir. To all the players have a great tournament....& yes..Chak De India!"
