Indian Railways decides to run 22 trains from this city by the end of June

Indore: Railways have now resumed operations of trains slowly after seeing a decline in coronavirus cases. 22 trains will start operating from Indore from July 1. Till the second wave, 36 trains used to operate from Indore. Against which 14 trains are still running.

Senior Public Relations Officer of Ratlam Mandal Jitendra Kumar Jayant said that in the second wave, people had reduced their travel in fear. Due to this, the trains were running empty. In many rallies, only up to five percent of the total capacity was being reserved. In view of this, we had stopped 26 trains running from Indore while reducing the rounds of many running trains. As cases are now coming down, the passenger has started traveling again. That is why we are starting the train again keeping in view their convenience. About 22 trains will start operating from Indore by July 1. By the end of July, the trains will start running again.

Jayant also said that corona guidelines will be followed in trains. We are requesting the people not to bring any of their loved ones together when they come to travel. No one is allowed to come to the platform except the passenger. In addition, wear masks continuously on the train and travel safely.
