Hyderabad: In the first phase, the Kovid-19 vaccination campaign began in the state from January 16, with 2,57,940 health workers and doctors from various departments vaccinated with sanitary workers and frontline workers. The health department will conclude the first phase of the vaccination campaign on Friday, February 12.

In 24 districts across the state, the police, municipality, Panchayati Raj and revenue, including many government departments and central police forces, were vaccinated on Wednesday.

Senior IPS officers dig CISF, Vikram, Chief Secretary Ravi Gupta, ADGP Kalyan (TS) Umesh Shroff, ADGP Home Guards (TS) Bala Naga Devi, ADGP Organization (TS) Rajiv Ratan, ADGP Railway, Road Safety Sandeep Monkey in public health director (DPH) office on Wednesday.

DPH, Dr. G. Srinivasa Rao said, "Apart from the minor adverse events after the vaccine, we have not faced any major or serious adverse events during the ongoing Kovid vaccination campaign in Telangana. The vaccination campaign was held on Thursday. The completion of the friday will end. We urge the remaining frontline workers to take advantage of this opportunity. "
