New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday yet again cornered the grand old Congress party, accusing it of playing politics when the nation was dealing with the heartrending 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks in 2008.

Today India marks the 10th anniversary of the awful event. PM Modi, speaking at a public meeting in poll-bound Rajasthan’s Bhilwara slammed the Congress for its two-facedness as the grand old party was allegedly busy in campaigning for the Rajasthan state polls that year when the nation was mourning the dreadful incident.

Worth mention here the whole world was shaken on 26/11 2008 by terrorist attack and Congress back then was giving lessons in patriotism.

“When the Army carried out surgical strike the nation felt proud but the Congress fired questions on it, demanded video proof,” PM Modi louded.

The perpetrators of the 26/11 attack, including instigator and banned terror outfit Jamat-ud-Dawa chief Hafiz Saeed, continue to travel without restraint in Pakistan, clearly showing that Islamabad is not keen on bringing them to justice.  On this day The US has offered a reward of $10 million for information that could bring cruel Saeed to justice.

It is noted that though the 26/11 attack case has entered into its 10th year, none of the suspects in Pakistan have been penalized yet, showing that the case had never been in Pakistan’s main concern .

PM Modi vowed the citizens that he will bring those behind the attack to justice. “India will never forget 26/11 attack, and neither forget the perpetrators. Justice will surely be done, I want to assure the country.”
