Moscow: 26 Russian children trapped in Syria with the assistance of the Russian Ministry of Defense landed in Chelkowski airfield near Moscow for the first time since the introduction of Covid-19 related sanctions. Before this, a report said that 26 Russian children of Damascus orphanage have returned home on Tuesday. Due to restrictions of the Covid-19 pandemic, the aircraft of the Russian Ministry of Defense was airlifted in the Chaklovsky airfield of the Moscow region. The press service said that the team of doctors gathered to take care of the children during the flight. Altogether 157 Russian children have returned from war-affected regions of the Middle East. There are 122 children from Iraq and 35 from Syria.
Continuous attacks are being carried out in the rebel stronghold in Syria. A large number of children and women were known in this attack. Many hospitals and dispensaries have also been destroyed in these attacks. Due to this, there is increasing difficulty in treating the injured. The United Nations Army has told that it should stop the attack for at least 30 days so that children and women are to be given relief.
