In the case, nine youths, including three Delhi youths, were gang-raped at the HPS farm house in Noida Sector-135. According to reports, police have arrested seven of the nine accused on Wednesday while two are absconding. Senior Superintendent of Police Vaishav Krishna said that "on Tuesday night, three young women had registered a case on the Thana Expressway alleging rape against nine persons. In a quick action, the police have arrested seven accused, originally Rae Bareli resident Akhilesh Yadav, Lavlash Yadav, Bhola Yadav, Anjan Yadav, Rajesh Yadav, Hardoi resident Satish and Shah Jahan resident Rajkumar Maurya. The same two accused Rae Bareli resident Mulayam Singh Yadav and Barabanki resident Pankaj are still absconding," he said.

According to reports, the victim was waiting for her client along with two other friends at Lajpat Nagar in Delhi and then two people in a white Swift Dzire Ola car (DL 1ZC 0576) came to her and one came to her. He decided to spend the night together and brought him with him to the farm house in Sector-135. According to the Senior Superintendent of Police in the case, the woman said in the complaint that "the accused had spoken only to two men but there were already seven people present. When the victim protested, all the nine men met and raped her alternately. He said that when the victim did not cooperate, the accused had beaten him and snatched Rs 36,000 in advance and did not pay the fixed amount. The girls were then left on the street by the accused," he said.
The police official said that a case has been registered against the accused and those who are still absconding will be arrested soon.
