Mumbai: In a big news coming out from Maharashtra, Faraz Malik, son of NCP leader Nawab Malik, has filed a police case alleging that a man demanded Rs 3 crore in return for his father's bail. Faraz Malik, son of Nawab Malik, has filed a case with the VB Nagar police that a person named Imtiazi has told that he can get Nawab Malik released. He has demanded Rs 3 crore from Faraz to get bail.  

Faraz Malik said that a person named Imtiaz has e-mailed him. In the email, Nawab Malik has demanded Rs 3 crore in Bitcoin for bail. The VB Nagar police said they will send the email to the cyber cell and extract the details of the culprit. An FIR is yet to be registered in this case.

Nawab Malik is currently in jail in an Enforcement Directorate case. On March 15, the Bombay High Court had dismissed Nawab Malik's interim petition. Nawab Malik was accused of buying property from an aide of underworld don Dawood Ibrahim. The price of the property is 3. It was Rs 54 crore, which was bought for only Rs 20 lakh. In this case, on February 23, the Enforcement Directorate had taken Nawab Malik from his house for questioning and after 8 hours of interrogation, the Enforcement Directorate arrested Nawab Malik.
