Unnao, In a tragic incident, 3 farmers were killed and two others injured after a speeding pick-up van ran over them on Safipur-Miyaganj road.
According to police, farmers were on their way to agriculture fields last night when the van hit them near village Nai Basti area.
The deceased have been identified as Moolchand 38, Rahul 22 and Matru 30.
The driver fled after the accident, police said, adding the injured have been admitted to a hospital.
