3 people arrested in case of firing on JD (U) leader

Patna: There has been an increase in criminal activities in the state just before the Bihar assembly elections. Police have arrested three miscreants with arms in connection with the firing on JDU leader Prince Singh. In Bhojpur, unafraid armed criminals fired indiscriminately at young JDU national secretary Prince Singh Bajrangi.

The JDU leader was accompanied by his friend Mithun Singh. Mithun Singh, who was the victim of the culprits, was killed on the spot while Prince Singh was seriously injured.  Three accused have been arrested by the police in the case. Two desi katte, five live cartridges and their mobile phones have also been seized from the miscreants. Sp Har Kishore Rai has informed about the matter and said that the police have arrested Shubham Kumar, Nitish Kumar and Vipul on the basis of secret information near the overbridge of Nawada police station area.

In police interrogation, these men have admitted their participation in the firing. The police have sent the three miscreants behind bars in jail, registering another case of the Arms Act besides killing and shooting at the three miscreants.
