Shahjahanpur: On Tuesday night, in Biharipur Goutia, some miscreants killed an 80-year-old Baba Laxman das with a hatchet and a baton-pole. The son and grandson who came to save were also injured. The murderer fled after the incident. The police arrived at the information and sent the body in possession of the incident for post mortem.

As per the information received from the sources, the police has registered a report against three persons including two brothers on the text of the deceased's son. The injured father-son has been referred to the District hospital. The wife of Laxman Das, a village resident, was killed 30 years ago. 

According to information, after coming from the temple Tuesday evening, Baba Laxman Das ate food and began to relax by putting a bunk on the terrace outside the animal enclosure house on the other side of the street in front of his house. At around 10 pm, Kamlesh came to the village and began to be abused unnecessarily. On this, Baba protested, he brought the axe from the house and with him, his brother Omkar came with a baton with another fellow Dataram. The trio together attacked Baba Laxman Das with an axe and a stick-pole.
