It must have felt strange to hear how it happened that a knife was stuck in someone's chest and that too after 30 hours, even after that a person's life would be saved. Yes, it really happened. This is the incident of 25 May. There is talk of Krishnagiri district of Tamil Nadu. A 40-year-old woman was killed in a fatal attack. In this attack, a six inch long knife was inserted into the woman's chest. Moreover, this knife remained in the woman's chest for 30 hours. Still the woman's life survived.

According to the information received, the doctors of Coimbatore Medical College Hospital performed the surgery on the woman. In fact, soon after this incident, the woman's housemates took her to the government hospital in Salem. The woman was kept here overnight. She was referred to Coimbatore Medical College in the morning. Where he reached at 2 pm.

Let us tell you that Dr. E. Srinivasan, Head of the Cardiothoracic Surgery Department of Coimbatore Hospital and Dr. Jaishankar Narayan, Head of Anesthesiology, jointly led this operation. In this case, he told that the knife was more than six inches long. Only parts of the lungs were hurt by this. However, thankfully, the tip of the knife did not reach the woman's heart. Due to which his life was saved. A few days after the surgery, the woman was also discharged from the hospital, at the moment she has come out of danger.
