Speaking to the media recently by Issar, he said, "God is kind, people have given me a second name. Even 30 years later, he considers me Duryodhana." The actor (60) directed the play 'Mahabharata: The Epic Tale' and played such a role to bring out the other side of the grand epic through the play. Also, when asked about the presentation of the 'Khalnayak' character, Issar said that Duryodhan had a complex personality since childhood and the actor explained that " when he was born, 'Rajguru' and astrologers predicted that 'Kaal' was born and if Hastinapur has to be saved and he has to be killed.
Although his mother did not let this happen, he adds, "Duryodhan grew up with the complexity that he was an unwanted child. He grew up with hatred towards the clan. All his passions, forms, debates and thoughts are shown in the play." requires understanding Duryodhan's mind.
