369 new COVID-19 cases reported in Sikkim with a 22.3% positivity rate

In this Pandemic time, one of the Indian state Sikkim has confirmed 369 new COVID-19 cases, with a 22.3 percent positivity rate. According to the health department, East Sikkim reported the most new cases with 228, West Sikkim reported 57, South Sikkim reported 75, and North Sikkim reported the least number of cases with only 9 confirmed cases.

A total of 1656 samples were tested, and the new cases were found. COVID-19 cases are now active in 1726 cases in Sikkim. Meanwhile, two more people have died as a result of the virus, bringing the total number of people who have died to 413.

In the last 24 hours, however, 48 persons have recovered from the infection.
