Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Monday (November 7) said that Congress had imposed Article 370 in the country to create the root of terrorism. Due to the deliberate imposition of 370 in Jammu and Kashmir, the country suffered the brunt of terrorism. It was during the Congress regime that both terror and terrorism were at their peak.

Addressing an election rally in Himachal Pradesh's Una on Monday, UP Chief Minister Yogi said that as soon as PM Narendra Modi got the opportunity, he removed Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir. Now Jammu and Kashmir are now the same as the rest of the states of the country. He further said that now people from other states including Himachal Pradesh can go to Jammu and Kashmir and buy land and build their houses. CM Yogi said that Congress did not remove Article 370 for its selfishness, and only and only does vote bank politics.

CM Yogi said that Congress can neither do internal security of the country nor can it start welfare schemes for the countrymen. Addressing the people, CM Yogi questioned whether Congress could have removed Article 370. UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath attacked the Congress party fiercely, on the other hand, Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra were also fiercely attacked. Taking a dig at both of them, CM Yogi said that whenever there is a crisis in the country, both brother and sister (Rahul-Priyanka) leave the country and flee abroad. He also said that both siblings were absent even during the Corona epidemic.
