Chennai:  So far, 3 electric scooters were reported to have caught fire in a week after a fire broke out on the road between LA Electric Scooters. But now another case of fire in the e-scooter has come to light. The case of fire in PURE EV has taken place near Mathur toll plaza in the Manjampakkam area of southern Chennai. In this 26-second video, it can be seen that the red e-scooter of pure EV is standing on the side of the highway and the balloons of smoke are rising from it.  

The incident is similar to the one that caught fire at the Ola S1 Pro electric scooter in Pune. Along with this, a case was reported in Vallor, Chennai, where a man and his 13-year-old daughter lost their lives after the explosion in Okinawa's bike. Along with this, another case was reported on Monday in Tiruchirappalli in Tamil Nadu. Let us know that this is not the first time that the scooter pure EV has caught fire, before this, there have been incidents of fire in two of its electric scooters in September last year. After the video of this came on social media, it is going viral and people are questioning it.

At the same time, in the recent case, the pure EV company has said that cognizance of this incident has been taken and the reasons for it are being investigated. It also said that the company followed all the best practices during manufacturing, including a state-of-the-art thermal management system. Let us know that after the fire incident in the ola electric scooter came to light, the central government has sent an independent team of experts, the team will investigate what caused the fire in the ola electric scooter and the electric bike of Okinawa.
