1. Take Care Of The Sound Teachers often have to be taught loudly, this affects their voice. In such a way, teachers should not speak in a loud voice. If there is any problem in the throat, you can eat honey or ginger tea.

2. Keep Body Posture Right Often the teacher has to sit continuously in the classroom which affects their body posture. So you have to walk a little longer. Avoid continuously sitting in one place.

3. Eating Right It is not that energy is consumed by physical and hard work only but there is a lot of energy consumption in speaking. In such a way, teachers should eat their food right.

4. Daily Exercise Every teacher should exercise everyday and yoga is also important. By doing so daily, both body and mind remain calm and steady.
