4 Jamaat-ul-Mujahideen members arrested in Bhopal, big conspiracy foiled

Bhopal: An incident of MP's capture of 4 members of the Jamaat-ul-Mujahideen Bangladesh (JMB) module in Bhopal has come to light. A house in Ahmed Ali Colony near Fatima Masjid, about 200 metres from Aishbagh police station in Bhopal, was attacked by the Madhya Pradesh STF. From where members associated with the JMB module were detained 4. The Home Ministry has handed over the investigation of the case to the NIA.

Let me tell you that the suspects arrested are of Bangladeshi origin. All were preparing sleeper cells for the Jamaat-ul-Mujahideen Bangladesh (JMB) outfit here. This organization has been banned by the Government of India. A large quantity of jihadi literature, electronic equipment and incriminating documents have been recovered from the criminals. The culprits are active members of Jamaat-ul-Mujahideen Bangladesh (JMB). The jihadi literature recovered by the MP police has been taken over by the NIA.  

According to information received from sources, the arrested suspects were involved in jihadi activities. The sleepers were preparing the cell so that serious anti-national incidents could be carried out in the future. Jamaat-ul-Mujahideen Bangladesh (JMB) is a terrorist organization that carried out 500 small blasts at 300 locations in 50 cities and towns of Bangladesh in 2005. At the same time, there was also a large-scale massacre in Bangladesh. The organisation had carried out an explosion in Vardhman in West Bengal, India in 2014 and an explosion in Bodh Gaya in 2018.
