Kaimur: A four-year-old innocent rape case has come to light in Kaimur, Bihar. As soon as the family of the girl came to know about the incident, the family grabbed the accused youth and beaten him to death. The accused youth was from Kabar village and lived next to the victim's family. The name of the accused is Sipu Kumar, who used to serve as an operator in tap water scheme.

The police have sent the girl's uncle to jail on charges of murder and are under investigation on the basis of the statement of the deceased's family. Fir has been lodged by both the sides in the police station.  The victim's family alleged that the accused youth had taken a 4-year-old girl to the Panchayat Bhawan on the pretext of giving chocolate where she was raped. When the girl told the family members, all the people became agitated. They went to find the young man. The accused was said to have been hiding on top of the tree. He was brought down and brutally washed away.

The deceased's sister says the girl came here two days ago and was lightly hurt when she fell from the ladder while playing. Then his brother picked up the baby in the dock and started feeding. The people just took it wrong and banged it. Superintendent of Police Dilnawaz Ahmad said the case has been registered on behalf of both the sides and the investigation is continuing.
