Corona bomb explodes in Karnataka, 40 students in college report corona positive

Bangalore: Amidst growing corona cases in Kerala, there has been a huge explosion of corona in Karnataka as well. Here 40 students from a college and 103 from an apartment have been found to be corona positive. Out of 210 students of Bangalore's Manjushree College of Nursing, 40 students have been found to be corona positive. Out of these, 18 students have been admitted to Victoria Hospital. At the same time, the rest is kept in self-isolation in the hostel. Most of these students are from Kerala.

At the same time, 103 people of SNN Raj Lakeview apartment in Bengaluru have been found to be corona positive. 96 of these people are over 60 years of age. Recently there was a party in the apartment, after which these people have investigated corona in which these people have been found infected. The Commissioner of Bangalore Municipal Corporation (BBMP) gave this information. He said that necessary steps are being taken in this direction. After the arrival of new corona cases, Karnataka has increased the strictness regarding people coming from Kerala. According to the state administration, there should be a negative RT-PCR report of 72 hours in advance for a stay at hotels, resorts, hostels, and any accommodation from Kerala to Karnataka.

Those found positive during the test will be sent to NIMHANS. People living in hostels and colleges will not be allowed to meet their relatives without the permission of the covid Nodal Officer. The concerned department will have to prepare a list of students coming from Kerala to Karnataka.
