Corona whips BJP headquarters, 42 employees infected

New Delhi: The fast-spreading corona epidemic in India has also made an entry into the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) headquarters in Delhi. According to sources, more than 40 employees of BJP headquarters in Delhi have been found corona positive. A mass test was conducted on Monday ahead of the BJP core group meeting, which has found 42 employees infected with corona.

Sources said several cleaning workers are among those found infected. All of them have been instructed to remain in self-isolation. Sources also said that the BJP headquarters at Minto Road in central Delhi has been completely sanitized later. The BJP has launched a new protocol. Before any major meeting, all the employees of his headquarters in Delhi will be tested.

The media quoted an unnamed BJP official as saying, "Only people engaged in important office related activities are coming to the headquarters."
