Shimla: In Himachal Pradesh, corona infection has started appearing in children below the age of 18 years. There have been 433 new active cases of coronavirus in the state which are below 18 years of age. Out of these, 10 children are undergoing treatment in the hospital. According to data released by the National Health Mission, all the 10 children undergoing treatment have been found to be suffering from corona as well as other diseases.

There are 2,695 corona active cases in Himachal, out of which 433 children have been found corona positive. On the other hand, the highest number of active cases have been reported among the children of the Chamba district. The total number of active cases in the district is 147, which is below 18 years of age. On the other hand, when it comes to the entire State, there are a total of 433 infected children who are undergoing treatment. There are 233 active cases in Bilaspur in the State in which 45 children are infected.

There are a total of 604 active cases in the Chamba district, out of which 147 are infected children. 12 out of 498 patients in Kangra, 9 in 28 active patients in Kinnaur, 33 in 137 patients in Kullu, 9 in 59 in Lahaul Spiti, 67 out of 511 active cases in Mandi, 52 in 296 active cases in Shimla, three in 22 in Sirmaur, 5 in 30 active patients in Solan and 6 in 27 cases in Una.
