Mandsaur: After the flood in Mandsaur of Madhya Pradesh, preliminary assessment has been done by the administration, according to which, in this whole year so far, 44 people have lost their lives in rain-related and rain-related accidents, while four people have been seriously injured. 516 animals have also died during this period and 27000 kutcha houses have also been broken.

Information has also been received that 1100 kachcha and pucca houses have been partially broken in Mandsaur in this flood. Along with this, government buildings have also been damaged and at the same time 135 panchayats, 89 community health centers, about 150 km of roads and 61 culverts are being reported damaged. Also, 60 to 70% loss of crops in the district has also been assessed.

According to the media reports received, the people affected by the floods are still afraid of remembering the floods. In Mandsaur, more than 50 thousand people (based on the official figure 27000 houses were damaged) have been rendered homeless and they are forced to take shelter here and there, including in relief camps. This year the floods have caused great destruction here. Along with Mandsaur, other districts of the state have also seen havoc of rain.
