Cooking is really an art and there are some practices plus habits that we have developed over time as per our comfort but are ideally not good for our own good and for the food too. We might habitually do like overfilling the cooking pan, washing, meat in the kitchen sink, stashing away hot food in the fridge and using our non-stick ware on high temperature, but these methods may pose a serious threat to our health.

2. Using metal appliances on non-stick pans

It is always guided to use wooden tools while cooking on non-stick pans. Using metal while cooking on it can be dangerous to the pan as the friction removes the PFC coating of the pan and destroys it and this coating is passed on to your food.

3.Applying wrong measuring

The solution of the perfect baking is to use a correct measuring cup. But, when it comes to using measuring cup we at times end-up using the same cup for dry and liquid ingredients (both).

4.Adding tempering too fast 

If you find that why the annealing is not efficient in combining flavour or fragrance to your food, then you need to understand that you are adding it so early. Let the oil be warm enough to pop the tempering elements.

5.Don't Overfill the cooking pan

Cooking asks for patience. Filling the cooking pan till the brim creates the problem in tossing the pan and also disturbs the even cooking of the ingredients.
