1.     Ghee

Cow ghee has countless health benefits. It improves memory, intelligence, lifespan, vision, and digestion. It increases internal operation and acts as a detoxifying agent. Easy Recipe Take 2-3 each of almonds, cashew nuts, dates and pistachio. Grind them in a mixer. Put this mixture in a blender, add two spoons of cow ghee and a glass of lukewarm milk. Blend this together and drink warm.

2.     Nutmeg

Nutmeg is beneficial in Asthma, cold, cough, headache and respiratory disorders. It is a natural detoxifier, increases sexual power, relieves depression and stress. Easy Recipe Take 2 cups of brown rice, 1 cup of mixed nuts chopped in small pieces, ½ tsp nutmeg powder, 3 tsps butter, 4-5 curry leaves, and ½ tsp mustard seeds. Boil rice and keep separately. Heat butter in a pan and add everything. Stir for 4-5 minutes. Garnish with coriander and serve warm.

Easy Recipe Take a cup of oatmeal, 2 tsps of good quality raisins, a cup of warm cow’s milk and 1 tsp multi-flora honey. Now milk all of these ingredients in a bowl and enjoy while warm.

4.     Sweet potatoes

Sweet potatoes are an excellent source of antioxidants, Vitamin A and healthy calories that fill you with energy and satiates hunger. You can steam, bake or cook it as a vegetable. Easy Recipe Cut 2 medium-sized sweet potatoes in small pieces. In a pan, heat some olive oil and add 1 tsp mustard seeds, ½ tsp cumin seeds and ½ tsp turmeric powder. Stir everything together and cook for 7 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.

5.     Basil

Basil strengthens the heart, manages cholesterol and improves digestion and immunity. It is used to treat Sinusitis, respiratory problems, eye, kidney, skin and psychiatric problems. Easy Recipe Take 2 cups of clean water and bring it to a boil. Now add 4-5 leaves to the water and wait until the water has reduced to half. Now remove from fire, and strain into a cup. Add one tsp of honey and drink warm.
