Kanpur: Samajwadi Party (SP) workers, who conspired to incite violence during PM Narendra Modi's Kanpur rally, were produced in the court on Thursday, from where they have been sent to judicial custody for 14 days. These workers of Akhilesh Yadav's party had vandalized the car with the intention of inciting violence at the rally as part of a conspiracy. However, now it is being claimed that SP has now expelled him from the party.

Let us tell you that after passing PM Modi's convoy in Kanpur on Tuesday, PM's effigy was burnt on the road leading to Hamirpur in Naubasta police station area and a car carrying BJP flag was vandalized. A video of this incident became fiercely viral on social media. Police had arrested 5 people Sachin Kesarwani, Ankur Patel, Ankesh Yadav, Sukant Sharma and Sushil Rajput Party in this case. The car in which the vandalism was done belongs to SP worker Ankur Patel.

According to the report, the car owner Ankur Patel himself had vandalized his car as part of a conspiracy. Officials have told that at the time when this sabotage was taking place, Ankur Patel was making the video of it, so he himself did not appear in the video. Police have busted the conspiracy and told that, the plan of the SP workers was to break their own car bearing the BJP flag, seeing which BJP workers would be angry and violence would erupt in PM Modi's rally. At the same time, as soon as the police action intensified, Ankur shot from his mobile, that video was also deleted. The police have seized Ankur Patel's mobile and sent it to the lab for forensic examination.
