This is one sign that you need to look at out for. If your guy is really serious about you, he isn't going to let insignificant problems come in the way. Relationship counselor Veena Chakravarthy says, "A guy who wishes to take the relationship to the next height will always guarantee on keeping you joyful and will not leave you wondering where the relationship is headed."

2. He is straight and forward communicative

While all the sweet talk is enough to make you collapse over your man, you also need to see whether he is direct enough when he communicates with you. Coz' sweet talk won't last you a lifetime. If he is somebody who likes to be straight about what he feels and doesn't confuse you with his words, he is surely the one for you

3. Does he give you more one-on-one dates time to build a strong connection?

While group outings with friends are great, your guy should really be willing to spend quality time with you, alone. Relationship professional Mimrah Ansari says, "To build a very strong relationship, a couple needs to spend some time together to make it last for long. It's not only about getting physical forever; it is also about spending real moments together which last long forever."

4. He is open to chat about where the relationship is headed

If your man is serious about you and wishes to take it ahead, he won't wait for the 'right time' to discuss the relationship. If you wish to address the concern or something that isn't going right and would like to speak to him about it, he would be more than happy to talk it out with you.

5. He doesn't stay you away from his family

While no guy shies away from introducing his girl to his friends, he might just have a problem if he has to introduce her to his family. Says clinical psychologist  Sauleha Sheik, "If a guy brings you home to his parents or introduces you to his siblings, cousins, aunts and uncles, you know he is likely to take the relationship forward.
