The hangover lasts for more than two or three days. So apart from locking yourself in the room and avoid friends, we are here to tell you about how you can tackle the hangover easily.

ALL HAIL LORD WATER

Loading yourself with more and more water will prevent you from the post-hangover.  Drink water before as well as after the party.

BLACK+WHITE IS NOT GREY

Don’t mix your drinks with two or three drinks simultaneously. Avoid the intake of Pitcher which may lead you to a strong hangover.

GULP DOWN

Eating is the best way to decrease your level of hangover. So go ahead and eat all the delicious food your mom has made on Holi. Intake of sugar can also enhance the hangover, try to avoid sweets.

SAY BYE TO CHAI

restrict yourself from having too much caffeine as this can worsen the effect of nausea. Too many liquids will only lead to a stomach-attack.

SLEEP, LITTLE BABY

Do not be sleep deprived. Make the most of this long weekend you’re getting. Being sleep deprived will only worsen the matter and leave you feeling fatigued and dizzy during the week that follows.
