Eat plenty of fruits, nuts, and vegetables as deficiency of proteins, zinc and biotin may cause hair loss.

3. Massage your scalp:

Massage your hair before wash and using lukewarm water is good for the health of your hair as it increases the blood circulation of your scalp.

4. Relax:

Don’t take the stress and indulge yourself in activities that help you relax like yoga, body massage etc.

5. Say no to hair colour:

Try to avoid the use of harsh colours at the time of pregnancy because frequent coloring will damage your hair.
