In a horrible occurrence, a 5-year girl was raped and anguished to death using a 16-cm woody stick- which was found in her private parts in Hisar's Uklana village on 9 December.The first probe shows that victim was kidnapped from her house at late night, savagely raped and left to die with a woody stick inserted into her genitals.

In the post-mortem reports confirms rape and anguish, further telling that 16cm of the stick was found inside her- that bedraggled her uterus and intestines.Dr Reetu Gupta, the one conducted the post-mortem of the victim said, "The victim died due to the torture commit by inserting the wooden stick into her private parts. The stick was inserted with the force which not only caused serious injuries inside uterus but also in the intestine."

The report also reads that injury was found on the victim's shoulders, waist and nose. The girl was also found bleeding from on her neck.The incident came to light after the family of the minor raised an alarm over not finding her at home in the morning. That is when, a local intimated them about a body lying in a pool of blood, some meters away from their residence.

The villagers are now protesting against the ghastly act and are demanding immediate action from the police. As a sign of protest, they have shut down all shops and blocked major roads.The family of the victim has also refused to cremate the body until the culprit/s are arrested.Not ruling out gangrape, the police has now formed a SIT (Special Investigating Team) including forensic experts to nab the accused.An FIR has been registered for abduction, rape, murder against unknown persons.
