Bollywood actress Dia Mirza is very active on social media these days. She keeps updating her fans about herself. However, these days, Dia is making a place in the hearts of everyone through the OTT platform. Recently, she has given her opinion on the content of women on OTT platform and casting a younger employed actress of older actors. She has given an interview to a website in which she has told a lot.

Recently, she praised the work women are getting and said, "I think stories and opportunities have increased a lot for women characters. More and more women are presenting things. We have more women directors and editors. This number has increased a lot since I started my work. I think that the introduction of the OTT platform has actually given a number of operatives that operate from a feminine lens that is growing manifold. I am thankful for this.''

She said that when the older actor gets work and the older actress does not get the work, I hope that with increasing age, female actors should get a chance to work in the lead role. The truth is that not so many characters are written for women as are being written for men, it is surprising to see that aged actors are playing the role of young actors. Perhaps this is why more new faces are being brought. She further said, 'This industry is Male-Dominated. Older actors like to cast alongside younger actresses to further enhance their career. It is strange that a 50-year-old actor is working with a 19-year-old girl.'
