'500th Test' for the Indian Cricket team calls for a huge 'Celebration'

In about a day, or apparently tomorrow, The new Indian skipper Virat Kohli will lead the Indian team out at the historic Green Park stadium in Kanpur, historic not only because it’s a test match in old ground, but also because this is the 500th test match for the country. The game against New Zealand marks the beginning of a long stretch of cricket at home for India that will see them play as many as 13 Test matches across four different series.

Anurag Thakur the BCCI leader has made assurance that no false should e in this auspicious occasion which marks the 500th test milestone achievement of the Indian Cricket Team. Invitations have been sent out to former captains and notable team members of the Indian Cricket team. The board says that it will do everything in its capacity to make this moment remarkable for the game of cricket.

Top Board officials and ICC board members have also received the invitation to make this celebration viewed widely by everyone.
