A family in Adamukkal village of Kollam surprised everyone by finding a huge jackfruit weighing more than 50 kg in their farm. After this, the family has now contacted the Guinness World Records as the world record for the heaviest jackfruit so far is 42.7 kg.

Johnkutty, who lives in Edamukkal, said that jackfruit weighs more than 51.4 kg and is 97 cm in length

Talking to the media, he said that he gathered information so far, the weight of the heaviest jackfruit was 42.72 kg which was found in Pune.
