5th Asian Indoor & Martial Arts Games in Turkmenistan~ Indian players wins four more medals and attain 11th spot.

In the 5th Asian Indoor & Martial Arts Games in Turkmenistan on Saturday India won four more medals to clinch the 11th place in the games. India in its side now stands with 5 gold, 7 silver and 7 bronze. In the Men's 100-metre butterfly the Indian Sajan Prakash finished second with a silver medal.

In the women's Alysh classic in 70 kg and 75 kg categories in the Belt Wrestling Discipline players, Divya Gurling Shilwant and Pratiksha Chandrakant Parhar won the bronze medal each while in the Kazakh Kuresh style belt wrestling in 90 kg weight category the Wrestler Keduovilie Zumu from Nagaland won the Bronze medal.

In the men's billiards singles the player Saurav Kothari won against the  Thailand's Thawat Sujaritthurakaran and thus continue his battle for the gold medal.

Earlier, the Cyclist Deborah Herold on the seventh day managed to win two silver medals.In the Keirin event in track cycling, Deborah picked a silver and she finished at the second spot in the Team Sprint event with Alena Reji.

In the games, more than  200 athletes in 15 sports are representing India which is said as the second biggest multi-sporting event of the continent after the Asian Games.
