On Friday, a major yoga camp was organised at the Narayan Seva Sansthan's Deer Magri, Sector-4 Status Man Mandir to mark the International Day of Yoga. From 5.30 a.m. to 7.00 a.m., the campers performed various yogasanas. Earlier, the founder of the institute Kailash Mann, in his address, said that yoga is important for the balance of thoughts in the choice of intellect and in-choice intelligence. Yogasana is essential for a healthy life as well as to keep it focused to prevent disorientation of the mind. On Yoga Day, Mr. Mann extended greetings to all the countrymen and appealed to them to add yoga to daily life for a healthy life. Yoga Guru Shri Radheshyam and Women's Yoga Guru Premalta and The Institute's Natural Physician Dr. Under the direction of Dipa, a large number of students, practitioners of the institute, differently-abled adolescents and regional citizens performed various postures including Pranayama Anulom-Vilom, Kapal Bhati.
