Summer is the season to enjoy cool ice creams, to enjoy going out on a picnic with family and to enjoy summer dresses, but is it enough? Obviously not! Skincare is also the main factor when summer season hit the time. To let your skin glow and look fresh here are some of the beauty hacks you need to take care of.

Steps to keep the skin glowing in the summer

Exfoliation is the process of removing dead skin cells from the outer layer of your body. Dead skin can also be scrubbed by homemade scrub that can be made by making a paste of oats, milk, and besan.

 

Cleansing of the face must be done twice a day to let the extra oil washed from your face. You can also apply raw milk on your face which is also a good cleanser. Plain yogurt and honey can help you in both, for a scrub and also to moisturize the skin. Apply this paste and leave them for 10 minutes and wash off with cold water.

 

Moisturizing should be done immediately after washing when the skin is still damp to get the smooth and soft skin. Water base moisturizer can be a good option for this.Applying cream in the night can be more beneficial because at night our contact with dust and harmful rays is less hence the cream gets time to work on the skin.

 

Steaming helps to open the clogged pores and clear the skin. Once a week of steaming therapy will help the skin to become soft and clear.

 

Toning removes the dirt toxins, clears the skin and refreshes it. A homemade toner can be prepared by mixing equal parts of glycerin and rose water. This toner applied regularly at night can help to reduce skin problems.

 

Tanning is a very common factor in summers, once tanning is removed you can get a glowing and healthy skin. A homemade mask to remove tan can be prepared by making a paste of 2-3 almonds little lime juice and some milk. Apply this pack at night and wash it in the morning with lukewarm water.
