6 Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorists enter Tamil Nadu, state on high alert

Chennai: After the abrogation of Section 370 of the Constitution, Pakistani terrorists who failed to infiltrate into the state due to vigilance by security agencies are looking for new ways to infiltrate into India. Security agencies have alerted that six Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorists have entered Coimbatore in Tamil Nadu via Sri Lanka. A high alert has been sounded in the state following information about infiltration by terrorists.

According to sources, the militants have entered India on the way to Sri Lanka. The six terrorists include a Pakistani and a Sri Lankan Tamil terrorist. All these terrorists are Muslims, but they have been dressed like Hindus. The militants have made Tilak and applied 'Bhabhuti' on the body. In view of this, a high alert has been sounded across the state including the capital Chennai.

In Chennai, security personnel have increased patrolling and the number of policemen has also been increased at important places. Besides, the QRT team has also been deployed in view of security. Security personnel are checking people at major intersections. The Terrorists of Leskar are said to have been assisted by some Sri Lankans to enter India.
