Recently, the case of crime has come out from the Thane district of Maharashtra. In this case, a six-month-old baby was allegedly abducted by his neighbors and a police officer told yesterday that the incident took place when the accused Farida and his son Taufiq gave the child a short while. Carried out and did not return again. He told that efforts are on to locate the child. This case is related to the Shanti Nagar area of Bhiwandi where the child lived with his Divyang parents and three-year-old brother.

When the parents could not find their child and neighbor till late night, they filed a case against both of them under Section 363 (kidnapping) and Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code (Bhadansam) with the police.

With this, the police say that according to the complaint lodged, both the accused often took the child outside with them and on Saturday also, they took the child out. After that, he brought her and later both of them allegedly signed the child's mother on a plain paper. With this, he said that he took the child again on Sunday, but has not returned since then, efforts are being made to locate the child and apprehend the accused.
