Bhopal: Dengue cases are on the rise in Madhya Pradesh and corona havoc is also on the other. Under the information received, six new corona cases have been reported in the last 24 hours. At present, cases are continuously being reported in Jabalpur and Rajgarh in Madhya Pradesh and concerns are being raised as these cases are on the rise. Let us tell you that some time ago, 4 new cases were confirmed in Rajgarh. In 10 days, small districts like Rajgarh, Betul, Nimadi, Raisen including Bhopal, Indore, Gwalior, Ratlam, Ujjain, Jabalpur are also witnessing a sharp pace of infection.

Jabalpur and Rajgarh are the hotspots of infection these days amid the third corona wave, where the capital Bhopal witnessed a spurt in infection during the second wave of corona infection. Amidst all this, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has consistently appealed to the people to get the corona vaccine on a large scale. More than 22 lakh people have been vaccinated in the vaccination drive organized on the occasion of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's birthday on September 17. Madhya Pradesh is said to have been ranked fourth in the highest vaccinated state last Friday.

In fact, Karnataka witnessed the highest number of vaccinations on Friday followed by Bihar and Uttar Pradesh. That's where vaccination has taken place in Madhya Pradesh. However, 44.2 million people have been given the first dose in MP so far while 10 million people have received both doses. 5.48 crore people above 18 years of age are to be vaccinated in the state.
