Shillong: 64 new cases of corona infection have been reported in Meghalaya on Saturday, after which the number of people infected with this epidemic has increased to 1,292. Officers have given this information in this work. Director of Health Services Aman War said that 34 cases of Corona have been reported from the Western Garo Hills District and 8 Border Security Force (BSF) personnel are also present.

Director Aman War has further told that 19 cases have been reported from East Khasi Hills District, 9 from Ri Bhoi and 2 from North Garo Hills District. He further said that on Saturday, all the people of Corona infected have become healthy. So far, 596 corona patients have become healthy in the state. At present, treatment of 690 infected people is underway in Meghalaya and 6 patients have died from this dangerous infection.

The cases of corona infection in India are steadily increasing. On Sunday, 63,489 new cases have been revealed. This is the 9th day when more than 60,000 new cases have been reported. The number of corona infected has crossed 25 lakh 89 thousand. However, it is a matter of relief that the number of people recovering from corona infection has exceeded 18.5 million and the investigation has increased. According to the Corona figures released on Sunday, the death toll has risen to 49,980 with 944 deaths in the last 24 hours. Cases of corona infection have increased to 25,89,682 in India, of which 6,77,444 people are still under treatment and 18,62,258 people have been cured of the disease after treatment. Foreign citizens are also present in the total cases of corona infection.
