New Delhi: on the occasion of 69 ^th republic day PM Modi received world wide greeting messages in which tweets of Frank Bainimarama‏, Fiji PM and Tshering Bhutan PM are shared by his official  twitor handle.

“Hearty congratulations and best wishes to PM @narendramodi ji, the government and the people India on the happy occasion of their 69th Republic Day,” Tshering Bhutan PM tweeted

“Thank you for the Republic Day wishes, PM @tsheringtobgay,”PM re tweeted

 “On behalf of the Fijian people, I would like to wish @narendramodi, and all of India, a very happy 69th #RepublicDay. While our nations vary greatly by size and population, we share a unique bond. I'm honoured to call PM Modi both a partner in development and a friend,”  Frank Bainimarama‏, Fiji PM tweeted

“Thank you PM Frank Bainimarama! for the Republic Day wishes. India truly cherishes our deep-rooted ties with Fiji,” PM re tweted

 Apart from this Maldivian President Mohamed Nasheed on Friday tweeted to extend his wishes India on the occasion of 69-Republic Day.

"Happy Indian Republic Day! Indian Ocean countries must speak with one voice when it comes to safeguarding Indian Ocean security," he tweeted.

Meanwhile Australian High Commissioner to India Harinder Sidhu on Friday also extended wishes India on the occasion of its 69-Republic Day.

Sidhu shared a video on official twitter handle with a congratulatory message for both India and Australia as today is also an Australia day.(NT)
