Lucknow, April 21: In a tragic incident, at least seven have been killed in a road accident that took place at Agra-Lucknow Expressway in Uttar Pradesh on Sunday.  The incident was reported from near Mainpuri, where a bus rammed into a truck on the highway. The accident took place during the early hours on Sunday. According to the source, the horrific incident took place when a bus rammed into a truck on the Expressway near Mainpuri. Reports inform that over 34 passengers, who were traveling in the bus were injured. The injured ones were immediately rushed to the nearby hospital for treatment More details into the incident are awaited.

Earlier this month, a similar road accident was reported from Agra-Lucknow Expressway where eight people were killed. On April 11, eight people had lost their lives and two were left injured after a speeding Ertica car rammed into a truck on the Agra-Lucknow Expressway in Fatehabad. Six people had died on the spot while two lost lives on way to the hospital. 

In another road accident on Saturday, an 18-year old boy died while two were left injured in New Delhi. "The incident occurred at around 5:40 am near Jwalaheri market chowk on road no. 30. A damaged white colored Honda City car was found from the spot," a senior police official had said. The deceased was identified as Himanshu whereas the injured persons were Sahib and Jayant.
