Shimla: Seven people have lost their lives so far due to the consumption of poisonous liquor in the Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh. That's where 12 people are admitted to the hospital. After receiving information about the incident, MP Pratibha Singh reached medical college Nerchowk and took stock of the movement of the victims. He said the administration has been informed several times about the illegal liquor racket, but the administration has not taken any action.

MP Pratibha Singh has demanded strict action from the state government in the matter. According to reports, 7 people have now lost their lives after consuming poisonous liquor in the Salapar area of Sundarnagar in Mandi district. There are 12 sub-judice. an SIT has been constituted to investigate the case and the accused have also been taken into custody. The investigation into the incident is underway.

On the other hand, 12 people admitted to Nerchowk Medical College in Mandi met MP Pratibha Singh and their plight. MP Pratibha Singh said the incident is extremely sad. Mandi Lok Sabha seat MP Pratibha Singh demanded strict action from the government saying the government should make strong efforts to prevent the younger generation from getting addicted to drugs.
