Miss Universe has been crowned Harnaaz Sandhu of India. Harnaaz hails from Chandigarh and has brought glory to the entire country. Today, after nearly 21 years, India has won the Miss Universe crown. He then took care of himself and stood up and clapped for Harnaaz. Urvashi shared the video and wrote, 'As Miss Universe, we made this was my best decision. I couldn't stop myself from crying.
